If we don´t have the winner in 50% or more of the races above the Green Line, (our top 3 picks, after scratches), for any subscription you purchase we´ll give you a subscription of equal or greater value FREE!
For multiple day or multiple track subscriptions, we must have the winner in our top 3 picks for 50% or more of the total number of races for the subscription period. For example, if you purchase a 2 day subscription for a track running 9 races per day, we must have the winner in our top 3 for 9 or more races over the 2 day period. We do exclude races won by first time starters from the total number of races.
You must request the guarantee replacement within 1 week from the end of your subscription with the date(s) and track(s) purchased and your user id and email address at guarantee@picksandplays.com.
